Voucher Terms & Conditions
Voucher Duration
Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. They cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Use of promotional codes
Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers.
Email vouchers
Email vouchers are provided free of charge to the email address provided at point of purchase. Please allow up to 24 hours for the e-voucher to arrive. We cannot guarantee that vouchers will be sent on the day of purchase.
Postal Vouchers
If you wish for the voucher to posted to the recipient there are additional costs associated with provision of a postal voucher. Such costs are added to the voucher cost and shall be paid at the point of purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of a postal gift voucher. If you would like a postal voucher please email us on hello@ashwellandco.com.
Voucher Redemption
Afternoon Tea vouchers can only be redeemed against a booking for Afternoon Tea Eat In or Collection. Afternoon Tea vouchers are not redeemable against Fashion or Bridal purchases.
Refunds
Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. No change or credit given in the event that the voucher value exceeds the total cost of the course – for example where a £100 voucher is used to purchase a £95 course.
Afternoon Tea Availability
Ashwell & Co does not guarantee that bookings will be available on dates that you choose. Bookings are only secured once a date has been booked, so it is recommended that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Transfer
Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers
Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Cancellation
In the unlikely event that your booking needs to be cancelled by Ashwell & Co, a new gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 6 months. If the booking is cancelled by the voucher holder within 48 hours of the booking date, the voucher holder is entitled to move the booking to another date provided the new date sits within the expiry date. In the event that a booking is cancelled by the voucher holder less than 48 hours in advance it will not be possible to move the date and the voucher is considered void.
